Customer Service Consultant

Qualifications:

• Proficient English Communication Skills.
• Minimum of 2-year (completed 4 semesters) in college or graduate of any 2-yr associate degree course or at least finished High School.
• Computer literate
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Experience in Travel Agency Systems or Call Center with Travel Accounts is a must.
• Experience in a BPO is advantage
