Kamayo Mindanao Foundation is Hiring for DEVELOPMENT OFFICER


Kamayo Mindanao Foundation (KMFI), Inc is a non-stock, not-for-profit organization duly recognized by the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). KMFI is also officially recognized by the PCNC as a Certified Donee Institution. Any Organization who will donate to the Foundation will receive a Certificate of Donation from KMFI which will grant the donor organization tax incentives from BIR.
KMFI was first established as a Nutrition Project of the Enterprise Bank, Inc in response to the prevalent cases of malnutrition in Lianga, Surigao del Sur. The Foundation envisions communities to thrive and prosper in an environment where the land is productive, micro-enterprise flourish, and families are economically self-sufficient.

QUALIFICATION:
  • Job Function: Implement Microfinance Social Development Services in Caraga
  • Interested to work for a not-for-profit Organization with a passion for Social Development towards poverty alleviation in Mindanao
  • Graduate of any Community Development, Research and Extension (or any social/ community development related courses)
  • With at least 1 year related experience in development work or community development (previously worked for an not-for-profit, non-government organization)
  • With background in Microfinance and Social Development services with be plus factor
  • Male or Female, single and 23-26 years old only
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (good in technical writing and organizing and presenting ideas in an orderly manner)
  • Good analytical skills and proficient in Program Proposal Design (Log-frame Analysis/ Systems Approach)
  • Team player, stable under pressure, mature, and has a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent networking/ linkaging skills
  • With positive attitude and is trustworthy, has good leadership potential
  • Willing to work ON-FIELD for implementation of the social development activities
  • Salary: Technical Level/ Non-Minimum (depending on level of previous related experiences)
  • Regularization: Depending on performance within 3-6 months
