Primarily
responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager in the
implementation of loan transactions and customer servicing functions.
Responsibilities:
1.
Assigns checking with other departments (e.g. appraisal, title
verification, trade checking, business checking, etc.) and collates
the results for evaluation of the RM
2.
Prepares the documents needed to implement credit facilities
3.
Monitors submission of document and insurance deficiencies by client
to ensure completeness of requirements ; Also maintains orderly files
of documents for each account to facilitate monitoring
4.
Prepares special requests of clients such as Statement of Account,
amortization schedules, interest payments, etc.
5.
Prepares various requests to all units such as but not limited to
partial release of collateral, collateral substitution,
application/re-application of payments, instruction sheets,
implementing memo,etc.
6.Monitors
repricing and maturity dates of clients managed by RM through reports
from mainframe systems viewed on Mobius
7.
Services loan and trade transactions of clients and coordinates with
booking unit and/or client to ensure implementation of a loan or
trade transaction
8.Prepares
instruction sheets on loan or trade transactions for the approval of
RM
9. Types
promissory notes
10.
Reviews and sends billing statements to clients and ensures that
interest and principal amortizations due are collected and paid on
time to avoid booking of accounts to past due and the client’s
incurring past due charges
11.Prepares
reports/ provides information required by RM,Market Head, Team Head
and Division Head regarding accounts managed
12.
Performs other administrative work that may be assigned from time to
time
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
