Sales Officership Training Program (Davao)

We will train you via an intensive 6-month classroom and sales immersion program to enable you to provide our clients with a full, exciting and innovative product menu. The program is designed to develop a robust talent of BPI Officers as future Sales and Relationship Managers of the Bank.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Leadership, Communication, Interpersonal.
• Graduated with HONORS from reputable schools.
• LEADERSHIP positions in school and/or community organizations.
• Strong interest to pursue a banking career
• Not more than 26 years old
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao
