F&B Manager – ROYAL MANDAYA HOTEL

Main Function:

Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability• Development and maintenance of all department control procedures
• Menu planning and pricing
• Consistent checking of food and beverage quality and services
• Minimize number of complaints
• Oversee staff professional attitude and proper Company appearance and uniform standards; teamwork relations with co-workers and management
• Responsible for staff training and development; ensure high employee retention
• Over-all maintenance of the operation at a level in keeping with the standards prescribed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent;
• Male or Female; Not more than 40 years old;
• Required language(s): English;
• With rich hotel background preferably from a Deluxe local or international property;
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent;
• Willing to work in Davao City.
