Responsibilities:

• Provide support in all facets of Human Resources, Recruitment, Training and OD, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and Employee Relations.

Service Assistant (BPI Davao)

Primarily responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager in the implementation of loan transactions and customer servicing functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Assigns checking with other departments (e.g. appraisal, title verification, trade checking, business checking, etc.) and collates the results for evaluation of the RM

10. Reviews and sends billing statements to clients and ensures that interest and principal amortizations due are collected and paid on time to avoid booking of accounts to past due and the client’s incurring past due charges

11.Prepares reports/ provides information required by RM,Market Head, Team Head and Division Head regarding accounts managed

12. Performs other administrative work that may be assigned from time to time
